Accessibility & Privacy
Act 1227 of 1999 requires State Government or state funded entities to develop non-visual standards so that websites are equally accessible to blind or visually impaired visitors. For instance, websites must provide text equivalents for all non-text elements such as images, animation, audio and video. Every effort to comply with these guidelines has been made on the Pine Bluff/Jefferson County Library System website. If you have trouble accessing or navigating our site, please call your local library.
